I've finally been able to get my mind focused and working on goals that I have made for myself now that I am in quarantine:
1. Sticking to Keto
2. Craft your skills
3. Pass Your Classes
These goals may seem attainable! However, for me with the stress I was dealing with, I was eating when I was stressed. I have gotten better at counting my calories though and sticking to the regime. It became easier once I realized that this wasn't something that was punishing me but helping me succeed in my goal. Also, it helped the fact that it had most of my favorite foods included! I've looked up so many different recipes and I am excited to see what I cook up next!
