My friends had recently came into town and wanted to go to the places that they had always seen on my snaps. So I took them to this lovely hidden gem in the River Oaks area. George and I, love this place. Especially because of the fact that all the food there is raised locally in Houston. But also, because of the fact that it has a wonderful outside area! At night time they put the lights on and its a beautiful hipster-esque atmosphere. This is definitely a place I would say to check out when you want to feel fabulous! This isn't their only location either. I've been to another location in Downtown Houston. The one in Downtown is two stories high and is equally gorgeous.
The Parking
Parking in both locations can be a pain in the butt! In the River Oaks area, their are two places to park. Chances are you wont be able to find parking during lunch in the front of the restaurant. This restaurant is part of a complex that is connected to other stores around it as well. So they all share parking. If you cant find parking in that area, theres also a parking building. I forgot what exactly you call it, but its not that hard to miss!
With the Downtown location, its also the same thing. Finding parking can be a hassle! But the good thing is that it also has a parking building that you can use to park in. Depending on where you park in the building you wont have to take the elevator to go downstairs but you can just cross over the parking lot to go! The downtown location is also part of what looks like a hotel complex. So the parking building is also shared with them and the other restaurants that are found in the area.
The Crunchy Chicken Sandwhich with your choice of Quinoa, pasta, or chips. Is one of my favorite that I recommend to people when they go. We also ordered the vegan taco salad which has so much flavor. And if your a vegan this bowl is really all you need to fill you up!
